Tips For Trailer Rental

^

What about insurance?

We suggest you call your insurance carrier and discuss your plan; especially in the area of commercial use. Please make no assumptions regarding insurance; you are responsible for the trailer during your rental period.

^

Are there special electric connections needed for my rental?

Our trailers have electric brakes so you need to make sure that your towing vehicle has the proper trailer hook ups for brakes and lighting. The standard 7pin plug will work. Please click here for pictures of the trailer and its connections.

^

Will there be someone at the pickup location to help me?

We will not have anyone at the trailer pickup location to help you attach and hook up the trailer. However, if there is an issue with the trailer or it's operation please call us at 833-736-8875 for assistance.

^

What happens if something happens and I need to cancel my rental?

You MUST contact us by phone (833-736-8875) 72 hours prior to your scheduled reservation date if you wish to cancel your reservation and receive a refund. If you do NOT contact us by phone before or by 72 hours you will forfeit your entire reservation charge. Please be sure when making your reservation you understand our cancellation policy. If you have any questions please fell free to contact us or give us a call at (833) 736-8875.

^

What about accessories, tie-downs or blankets?

We do not carry or sell accessories for our rentals. You are responsible for bringing whatever you need to hold your cargo in place while traveling. The trailer comes with 4 sunk-in D-Rings that you can use to strap your cargo.

^

What types of vehicles can tow these Trailers?

A 3/4 ton truck with a tongue or tow capacity of 10,000 lbs/5 tons, is required to safely travel with the trailers. If you don't have a vehicle that meets these requirements please click here to learn about our delivery and pickup program.

^

What if I don’t have much experience driving trucks/trailers?

We are not responsible for your driving ability as driving with a trailer is an extension of the vehicle you are driving. Please use a driver experienced in driving a 3/4ton truck or larger trailer.

^

Do I need to wash the trailer or clean it?

We ask that you return the trailer in the condition you received it. If during your rental any trash/dirt or any other items left in the trailer must be disposed off before you drop-off the trailer at its drop-off location..

^

What if my tow vehicle breaks down during my rental period and I have no other means to move the trailer?

We understand things can happen; so if your tow vehicle is not able to safely return the rental trailer to its drop-off location and you have no other means by which to safely return the rental trailer, please call us at 833-736-8875. You may not abandon the rental trailer for any reason. Again call us if you aren't sure what to do.

^

What if something happens to my tow vehicle during my rental?

We understand things can happen; so if your tow vehicle is not able to safely return the rental trailer to its drop-off location then you will be responsible for finding another comparable vehicle to assure its safe return. If you need us to assist there will be additional charges. Please call us for details at 833-736-8875
